Your start payment covers setup and your first month of content. Setup means your new website (or an upgrade of the one you have), your brand kit and every account connected. Your monthly price starts in month 2. Every plan includes everything in What we build for you, on a 6-month term.
Common questions
Do I have to be good on camera?
No. It's a conversation, not a script. We cut the best parts and leave the rest.
How fast can I start?
Setup is done within 14 days, often sooner. Your first posts go out in the first two weeks.
How much of my time does it take?
About 45 minutes per call, so 45 minutes a month on the 1-call plan, 1.5 hours on 2 calls and 3 hours on the 4-call plan. Then you pick: let us approve everything for you, or check each video yourself on your private review page and tap Approve or Fix. Fixes come back within 24 hours. Anything you don't touch for 48 hours posts as scheduled.
Do I own my accounts and website?
Yes, everything stays yours. Where a platform lets you add a team member, you add us. Where it doesn't (like TikTok), you share access through a secure password manager and keep two-step login on your phone, so you stay in control. We never change your passwords or recovery info, and you can remove our access anytime.
What does the start payment cover?
Your setup and your first month, together. Setup is your new or upgraded website, your brand kit and every account connected, and the first month's content is included. You don't pay a monthly fee until month 2.
Is there a contract?
A 6-month term. Your start payment covers month 1, then you pay monthly for months 2 to 6. A brand takes a few months to build. Founding members keep their founding rate for as long as they stay with us.
