Terms of Service

Anson is run by Velocity Coaching, LLC in Las Vegas, Nevada ("we," "us"). These terms cover withanson.com, our Mission Control app, and the content and automation services we provide. Using the site or working with us means you agree to them. If you have a signed agreement with us, that agreement wins wherever it differs from this page.

What we do

We record calls with you, turn them into content (videos, carousels, posts, newsletters), and, with your approval, post it to your social accounts. We can also build and run websites, lead pages, comment and message replies, and other automations for you. What you get each month is set by the plan or agreement you choose.

Your accounts

• You connect your accounts to us and can disconnect them at any time.
• You stay the owner of your accounts, pages, followers and leads.
• You're responsible for following the rules of each platform you use. We follow them in everything we post or send for you.

Approvals and content

• Content goes out after you (or someone you name) approves it, or the way your agreement describes.
• You confirm that what you tell us on calls is true and that you have the right to share it, including anything about other people.
• Once you've paid for it, the content we make for you is yours to use. We may show it in our own portfolio unless you ask us not to.
• Our tools, templates, software and methods stay ours.

Payments

• Prices, setup fees and the length of your term are in your plan or agreement.
• Monthly plans bill in advance. If a payment fails, we may pause work until it's fixed.
• Fees already paid for work that has started aren't refundable, unless your agreement says otherwise.

Cancelling

You can cancel by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and after any minimum term in your agreement. We can end the service if you break these terms or ask us to post something unlawful or misleading.

Results

We work hard to grow your reach and leads, but no one controls the algorithms, so we can't promise specific views, followers, leads or sales. Numbers we share from other clients are examples, not guarantees.

Limits of liability

The site and services are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the three months before the claim. Social platforms can change or remove features, accounts or posts at any time, and we aren't responsible for their decisions.

Privacy

How we handle information is in our Privacy Policy. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see how to delete your data).

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Nevada law governs them, and any dispute goes to the courts in Clark County, Nevada.
