Delete your data

You can have us delete everything we hold about you at any time, including comments, messages and account IDs we received from Instagram or Facebook and anything you sent through our forms.

How to ask

1. Email porter@ansonautomation.comwith the subject "Delete my data."
2. Include your Instagram or Facebook username, and the email or phone number you used with us, if any.

What happens next

• We confirm we got your request within 3 business days.
• We delete your information from our tools and databases within 30 days and email you when it's done.
• If we have to keep something by law (for example a payment record), we tell you what and why.

Stop the messages right away

You can also stop automatic messages yourself: block or restrict the account in Instagram, or remove our app under Instagram Settings > Apps and websites.
